Introduction

This report is the first of a series of annual supplements to the Division of Mines and Geology Special Report 154, Catalog of Strong Motion Accelerograph Records Recovered by the Office of Strong Motion Studies, 1982. That Special Publication is a listing and status report of records collected during the period September, 1976, through December, 1981, and provides instructions and information on how to use the catalog. This supplement is a listing and status report of records collected during the period January, 1982, through December, 1982. It also includes an updated listing of the processing status of records collected prior to this period.

The user is requested to refer to the original catalog, Special Report 154, for instruction and aids in this supplement's use.
