2013 Official Draft Regulations
On August 16, 2013, copies of the Notice of Proposed Action, the Initial Statement of Reasons, and the Text of Draft SB 618 Regulations were made available through a Press Release and on multiple pages throughout the DLRP website. These links also provided assistance on how to submit written comments. The comment period for the formal SB 618 draft regulations ended on September 30, 2013.
On October 23, 2013, modifications to the formal SB 618 draft regulations were released for a 15 day review period. Copies of the 15 Day Notice and Revised Draft Language were made available for review and comment until November 7, 2013.
2012 Pre-Release Draft Regulations
On July 17, 2012, the Department provided an initial draft of the proposed regulations for comment by potentially affected stakeholders and the public; the deadline for those comments was August 17, 2012. Comments were evaluated by the Department and many were incorporated into the formal regulatory draft. 2012 SB 618 Scoping Workshop
The Department held a workshop to increase public participation and improve the quality of regulations that will guide implementation of SB 618 on Friday, May 18, 2012. Please see the meeting announcement and agenda for the event.
