MODS Upload Portal
Mines Online Document System (MODS) is an online system for Lead Agencies to directly upload PDF documents electronically as required by Public Resources Code (PRC) §2774.2.5. Once reviewed by DMR staff, documents uploaded to MODS will be publicly available on the Mines Online website.
MODS is designed to accept final (lead agency approved) documents that are required to be submitted pursuant to PRC §2774.2.5. Please continue to submit draft documents requiring review and comment by the Division of Mine Reclamation staff through DMR-Submittals@conservation.ca.gov.
Lead Agency staff and their representatives must first register for MODS to be able to upload documents into the system. Please follow instructions in the MODS User Registration Guide to complete your registration using the MODS Registration Page. Your account will be reviewed by DMR staff and once it is approved you will receive an email confirming your access to MODS. If DMR staff have any questions they will contact you. Please follow instructions in the MODS Document Upload Guide to upload final documents that are subject to PRC §2774.2.5 using the MODS Upload Portal.
