    Formal Rulemaking:

    On February 5, 2018, the Department of Conservation sent public notice to interested parties regarding a modification to the text of the proposed regulations in the rulemaking action entitled Pipeline Testing Regulations. The modifications to the text of regulations were previously made available for public comment from December 5 to December 20. However, due to an error in the public notification process, the Department is making the modified text of the proposed regulations available for public comment for an additional 15-day period. The text of proposed regulations below is identical to what was made available to the public on December 5, 2017.

     

    On December 5, 2017, the Department of Conservation sent public notice to interested parties regarding a modification to the text of the proposed regulations in the rulemaking action entitled Pipeline Testing Regulations. The public notice initiates a 15-Day public comment period that will end on December 20, 2017 at 5:00pm.

         

    On September 22, 2017, the Department of Conservation sent public notice to interested parties related to Pipeline Testing Regulations. The publication of this notice initiates a public comment period that will end on November 10, 2017 at 5:00pm.

         
    Pre-Rulemaking:
     
    From June 14, 2017 to July 21, 2017, the Department of Conservation will be accepting public comment on two sets of pre-rulemaking draft regulations (discussion draft) related to updates to Requirements for Pipelines regulations implementing AB 1420 (Salas, Chapter 601, Statutes of 2015).  Information regarding the process to submit comments, and how to attend the public workshop can be found by clicking the link below.
