The California Department of Conservation’s Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGEM) is issuing two more Request for Qualifications (RFQ) (
Northern District,
Central District) to qualified firms for oil well plug and abandonment, and various related services including project management, site investigation and monitoring, facilities decommissioning, and site restoration. The purpose of the RFQs is to award an Agreement for the delivery of these services within the counties of
Kern, Fresno, Ventura, and Simi Valley located in the northern portion of Los Angeles County.
