Section 100 Non-substantive Changes

At its March 18, 2021 regular business meeting, the Board approved and adopted non-substantive regulatory changes pursuant to Title 1, California Code of Regulations, section 100. The completed non-substantive package includes revisions to Title 14, California Code of Regulations, sections 3720-3722, 3724, and 3725.         

On May 6, 2021 the Office of Administrative Law approved the regulatory language amendments which were then endorsed and chaptered by the Secretary of State. The approved non-substantive regulatory action becomes effective immediately on May 6, 2021.
