Rulemaking Package #4(b), Public Resources Code §2770(e) – (g), Reclamation Plan Appeals

At its April 16, 2020 regular business meeting, the Board approved and adopted the final proposed regulatory language and final rulemaking package #4(b), Reclamation Plan Appeals, and directed Board staff to finalize the rulemaking process. The completed package includes revisions to Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, Sections 3650 – 3659.

On March 10, 2021 the Office of Administrative Law approved the regulatory language amendments which were then endorsed by the Secretary of State. The approved regulatory action becomes effective on July 1, 2021.
