Rulemaking Package #3, Public Resources Code (PRC) §2774 (b)- Inspections, Inspection Report Form, and Notice of Completion of Inspection Form.
At its May 9, 2019, regular business meeting, the Board approved and adopted the proposed regulatory language and final rulemaking package #3, Inspections, Inspection Report Form, and Notice of Completion of Inspection, and directed
staff to finalize the rulemaking process. On July 30, 2019, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the regulatory language, including forms MRRC-1 and NOCI-1. The regulatory language and forms MRRC-1 and NOCI-1 will become effective on January 1, 2020.
