SB4 Draft Environmental Impact Report

Pursuant to Senate Bill 4 (Pavley, 2013) the California Department of Conservation, acting as Lead Agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR), has completed a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) for the project listed below.

Project Title: Analysis of Oil and Gas Well Stimulation Treatments in California
