Regulations

Williamson Act related regulations include those to implement the Open Space Subvention Act (OSSA); and beginning in 2013 will include those to implement SB 618 Solar-use Easements. 

OSSA regulations fall under Title 14, Division 6, Articles 1 & 2, Sections 14100-14125.
