RCD Guidebook

The RCD Guidebook: Your Guide to District Operations and Management is a storehouse of information on the care and feeding of an RCD, and it contains just about all you might need to know about starting and sustaining a locally led conservation effort. The guidebook includes extensive information on the powers, authorities, roles, and responsibilities of RCDs under state law, and in addition to extensive source materials, such as Division 9 itself, includes chapters on the following topics:
